Free bike tour of Liverpool
Join cycling experts Peloton on a city bike tour. The event is free and bikes and helmets will be provided. All you need to do is book your free ticket and meet on University Square (outside the Guild Reception) where a member of the team will meet you.

Sound City, 1-3 October 2021
Sound City is the UK’s leading independent music festival that takes place at various locations across the city. This year there’s a packed line-up featuring headline acts like Red Rum Club, Rejjie Snow and Lapsley.

Liverpool Literary Festival – 8-10 October 2021
Join us for another brilliant line-up of authors, TV personalities and poets, including comedian Andi Osho, award-winning biographer Dame Hermione Lee, poet Mona Arshi, debut novelist Daniel O’Connor, Emma Jane Unsworth and many more.

4. Virtual Career Fair, 12 October 2021
Over 75 employers are joining our Virtual Fair in October. The event is open to all of our students and is your chance to explore career options and make connections. Register via Handshake.

5. River of Light, 22 October – 7 November 2021
An outdoor illuminated art gallery is going to be installed along Liverpool Waterfront this autumn. Although the full programme hasn’t been released yet, last year’s event was not to be missed.

6. Rollerdrome at the Invisible Wind Factory
You can enjoy a skating experience to a soundtrack of House, RnB and Disco at the Invisible Wind Factory.

7. Halloween Storytelling, 29 October 2021
This Halloween you can hear six original stories at The Bunker of the Liverpool Arts Bar. There will be live music, sound effects and shadow play.

8. Santa Dash, 5 December 2021
Every year (except for 2020 because of the pandemic) thousands of people take part in the city’s 5K Santa Dash. Whether you want to run the course, or just watch a lot of santas running, it’s a great event to get you into the festive spirit.
