Free digital skills training for Liverpool students

Digital Skills Coaches

Digital Skills have never been more important.

That’s why, with funding from Office for Students and in partnership with Agent Academy CIC, the Careers & Employability team have recruited and trained a group of University of Liverpool students as Digital Coaches to help share their knowledge and develop the digital skills of their peers.

Our 19 new student Digital Coaches will be delivering a series of 1-hour sessions this semester that will help you to develop the digital skills that will help you while at university and in your future career.

There are sessions every week throughout October and November, covering everything from coding and website development to graphic design with Canva and exploring Google’s suite of tools. The are also sessions focusing on Excel, Zoom, and making the most of Linkedin, plus many more.

There are online and on-campus sessions available to book every week.

Places are limited and booking is essential. You can book as many of these sessions as you like via Handshake using your University user name and password.

If you have any questions or problems accessing Handshake email to careers@liverpool.ac.uk or visit  the Career Studio on University Square and speak to one of the team.
