The University’s Summer Graduation celebrations took place last week, with thousands of students from our Class of 2022 receiving their degrees at ceremonies held at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

At the start of the week campus was feeling pretty hot during the recent UK heatwave. Graduates and their guests tried their best to keep cool and hydrated as they celebrated their achievements.

Graduation is a wonderful day to share with family members, and it’s extra special when our #LivUniGrads are following in the footsteps of family members who also studied at Liverpool.

Classic British weather

We started the week in a heatwave and in perhaps rather predictably for a British summer ended with rain! Still lots of happy graduates on campus though.
