If you haven’t met your perfect housemates yet come along to the Liverpool Student Homes (LSH) informal ‘Find a Housemate’ drop-in session this week (Tuesday, 6 December 12pm – 1pm) in the LSH office at 5 Oxford Street, Liverpool.
The session will give you the chance to introduce yourself to others or leave your contact details so people can get in touch with you.
Liverpool has lots of available accommodation, and there will always be properties available no matter when you decide to start your search. Give yourself plenty of time to find others who you really gel with, before making any big decisions.
The team at LSH can also help you to find a room in any LSH accredited property or provide advice if you intend to leave a tenancy and need to find another student to replace you in your contract.

LSH Housing Fair
The annual LSH Housing Fair is taking place on Thursday, 8 December between 11am and 3pm at the Liverpool Guild of Students.
The event brings together students from all of Liverpool’s Higher Education institutions to help students to research the accommodation options for next academic year, chat with accommodation providers and access advice and guidance on private lettings in the city.
Only accommodation providers who are accredited by LSH are invited to the event which gives students the added peace of mind that properties meet the quality and safety criteria detailed in the LSH standards.
