Please note; The Feel Good February programme is currently being finalised. For now, take a look at the how the programme is shaping up here: https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/intranet/wellbeing/feel-good-february/
Throughout the year everyone is encouraged to take some time to find ways to relax, socialise and improve your overall physical and mental health as much as possible. This February, staff and students are challenged to ‘do one thing’ and to set a realistic, achievable goal that will help you feel good without piling on pressure – it could be to attend one event from the programme, to pick one of the 6 ways to wellbeing to focus on, or to set your own goal e.g. go for a walk on a certain day each week.
