Feel Good February: Find out what’s on this week

Feel Good February begins this week with a month-long free programme of events and activities for all students and staff.

Programme highlights

During the first week events will focus on welcoming you back to campus after the winter break. The programme includes opportunities to meet teams, join clubs and societies, and find out about support services.

Sessions take place online and around campus. Look out for our Feel Good February Tipi on Abercromby Square!

Activities to get involved with include:

  • Meet the teams in the Tipi on Abercomby Square. Find out how our student-facing teams at the University of Liverpool can help and support you.
  • Sport Liverpool are offering free health checks, wellbeing walks and free access to the gym, pool, classes, and multi-sports bookings on
  • The Time to Talk Café on 2 February offers free hot chocolate and a chance to meet with peers in the Tipi, and see what support is available to you as a student.
  • Halls wellbeing activity Packs include a mix of wellbeing and self-care. Your pack will be delivered on Wednesday 1 February.
  • The Part-Time Jobs Fair in the Tipi offers the chance to meet 30 companies who are looking to recruit students for their current job vacancies.
  • Refreshers Fair on 3 February is an opportunity to find out more about the Guild and meet a mix of societies, charities with volunteering opportunities for students.
  • Lunchtime concert series – A chance to see Dave O’Grady, the founding member of Americana Roots band Seafoam Green – a glorious mix of rock and roll, soul, blues and gospel.

Free Prize Draw for Staff & Students!

To celebrate Feel Good February, we’re holding a month-long FREE prize draw giving our staff and students the chance to win a gift voucher from a list of some fantastic local businesses, as well as some lovely books all aimed at giving your wellbeing a little boost!
