Accessing your Higher Education Achievement Report after graduation

Graduates throwing hats into the air

All undergraduate and postgraduate taught degree students at the University of Liverpool receive a Higher Education Achievement report (HEAR) at the end of their studies.

This report is a comprehensive record of all your university achievements, including up to five of the co- and extra-curricular activities that you took part in during your time at Liverpool.

Your HEAR is a digitally signed document that will replace the traditional academic transcript and diploma supplement. It contains detailed information about your learning and achievements and, along with your degree certificate, will support your applications for employment and further study.

You will be emailed once your HEAR has been made available through the online Graduation Documents portal, approximately one week after your graduation ceremony. Within this portal you can review and share your HEAR, transcript, and award certificate with any third party organisation – including employers.

The portal will provide you with 24/7 access to view all of your official award documentation within one secure environment. You will also have the ability to share your award documentation electronically.

All documentation is digitally encrypted with a unique signing certificate from the University of Liverpool, which verifies the document’s authenticity and integrity.

To find out more about HEAR visit our webpage full of useful resources and the most frequently questions and answers, or visit the graduation pages on the website to learn about accessing official documentation as a graduate.
