All About You: Student mental health and wellbeing event

Students revising

University of Liverpool students are invited to take part in an event that aims to help you balance looking after your wellbeing, getting your degree, working towards your career goals, and entering full-time employment.

Attend the ‘All About You’ event in-person or virtually and you will:

  • Hear tips from leading wellbeing experts and first-hand from recent graduates on how they handled their own wellbeing struggles
  • Be armed with practical takeaways on how to minimise stress and prepare yourself to overcome post-graduation blues
  • Connect with other students who are exploring ways to stay committed to their physical, mental, and financial wellbeing

The organisers, Targetjobs, have partnered with students, employers and leading experts to share practical takeaways on how to navigate your career while taking care of your mental health.

The event is taking place on 22 and 23 November. Students are able to attend one day, and can choose which date when registering. For those wishing to attend the in-person event in Birmingham, a contribution towards travel expenses up to the value of £50 will be made with all valid receipts provided.

The All About You event is free to attend for all undergraduate students but there are a limited number of places available, so register now to secure your place. All registrants will be notified whether they have been allocated an in-person or virtual place by Tuesday 1 November 2022.
