Canvas access restored
Thank you again for your patience whilst work continues in relation to the Instructure (Canvas) cyber-security incident.
We will shortly be turning access to Canvas back on for all staff and students. The system is working normally and you will be able to resume accessing learning materials and submission of coursework.
Submission of coursework and exams
All exams will proceed as scheduled next week. Please refer to your personalised exam and assessment timetable which is available to view on our Timetable Portal.
A reminder that all students can submit assessments up to 7 consecutive calendar days after the original submissions deadline without penalty as part of standard practice. Disabled students with extensions agreed as a reasonable adjustment in their SSIS can submit up to 14 days after the due date.
If you experienced issues submitting coursework today having used the extension period, please be assured that you will not be subject to late penalties as a result. It is important to submit your assessments where due as soon as possible once Canvas access is restored.

Our Cyber Security team is continuing to actively monitor the incident. There is no impact to other University of Liverpool systems.
Thank you for continuing to be vigilant in reporting any emails that you suspect are phishing or scam emails.
